The ATDI-35 micro-turbine was
ATDI’s first production engine. This turbine has proven to be an
extremely reliable power plant and has flown repeatedly in such projects
as LoFLYTE and NSCU/Navy NAV-AIR F-18
among others. This turbine has been extensively tested in our
test cell using the ASME 19.1 industry standard turbine
testing procedures.
ATDI’s team properly designs engine cycles for each engine,
drawing on extensive experience with military and aerospace projects.
ATDI Turbines has teamed with the Aviation Applied Technology Directorate
of the US Army, NASA, Hamilton Sundstrand, and others in their years in the
industry. The advanced engine
designs offered by ATDI Turbines reflect the high performance and high efficiency
expectations associated with these customers. ATDI completes a rigorous design
process, including combustor and fuel injector analysis, advanced diffuser
aerodynamic design, and in-depth thermodynamic cycle analyses, driving the
engineering of every ATDI Turbines engine to provide the kind of reliability,
power, and fuel efficiency that any customer would expect.
